What should we expect during the first meeting/evaluation?
During our initial meeting, I conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your communication goals and your child's communication needs. Measures may be formal or informal depending on the child's needs/abilities. We'll discuss pertinent history and perform specific evaluations to create a tailored therapy plan just for your child.
How long does a typical therapy session last?
Standard therapy sessions typically run for 30 to 45 minutes depending on the child's individual needs.
Evaluation sessions can run for 1 to 2 hours, depending on the child's individual needs.
How long does a typical initial evaluation session last?
Where are you located and do you offer remote sessions?
I am based in Sturbridge, MA, for in-person visits. Additionally, I offer secure teletherapy options for clients who prefer the comfort and convenience of remote therapy from home.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I currently accept BCBSMA and Harvard Pilgrim for therapy sessions. All evaluations are private pay, with the current rate being $425 for the full evaluation. A super bill can be created to be submitted to insurance, but it does NOT guarantee reimbursement. Private pay is also accepted for therapy sessions with the current rate being $130/session.
